Home is where we tell our stories through the things we choose to surround ourselves with and open shelving allows you to do this perfectly. Not only do styled shelves create a focal point of interest in any room, they also provide a space for bringing other textures and tones in the room together.
We will work closely with you at every stage from design layout to installation ensuring that whatever your dream, we can deliver a handcrafted and beautiful feature wall in your home to be admired by friends and family for years to come.
Our Process
Consultation
This first stage is key because it sets the scene for the project. We want to ensure that the finished wall reflects your style and personality so during this stage we take the time to learn about what you want to display on the wall along with your likes and dislikes. Photographs of the wall are also useful at this stage to help us build a picture of your room and to understand the scale. We offer this stage completely free.
Concept
Based on our understanding of your requirements and likes we will develop some options for layout of the feature wall. At this stage we initially focus on the pattern and coverage of the installation. When we have agreed a layout we then move on to talk through the options for frame colour, frame finish and timber.
Sign-Off
We send you an online pack detailing all the design choices, timescales and final price for your approval. Once signed off we start production.
A deposit of 50% is required to process the order with the balance due before delivery. We will arrange delivery with you on a named day with a reputable courier.
Production
Once the shelves are put into production, each frame is custom made to order. Typically we aim to deliver within 5 weeks of the order, but precise delivery will be detailed at order placement.
At every stage of the process we will send you an email confirming the status of your order so you know how things are progressing.
Delivery
When the order is ready we will contact you to schedule a delivery on a named day. The shelves will arrive with all fixings and full instructions tailored for your wall construction.
